Why does it matter that you're FMB and TrustMark accredited?+
Both schemes vet members independently — finances, references, workmanship and insurance — and offer a dispute resolution service. Hiring an accredited builder gives you real recourse if something goes wrong.
Can I verify your accreditations?+
Yes — search 'MAG Developments SW' on the FMB and TrustMark public registers, or ask us for our certificate numbers and we'll email them straight over.
Do your subcontractors hold the same standards?+
Yes. Every electrician, plumber and gas engineer we use is on a competent persons scheme (NICEIC, Gas Safe). Plasterers and joiners are NVQ Level 2/3 minimum and CSCS-carded.
Are you insured for working in occupied homes?+
Yes — £5m public liability covers damage to your property and contents while we work, plus £10m employer's liability for our team. Certificates available on request.
