- Do I need to own the plot before contacting you?
- Not necessarily — we're happy to look at a plot you're considering and give a feasibility view before you commit. We work with several local plot agents and can flag obvious red flags early.
- Can you help with planning?
- Yes — we coordinate the architect, planning consultants and engineers needed to get a scheme through Plymouth City Council, South Hams or West Devon planning.
- What does a new build cost per square metre?
- As a guide, mid-spec new builds in the Plymouth area run £2,400–£3,000 per m² built area. High-spec, complex sites or premium finishes push higher.
- Are your new builds energy-efficient?
- Yes — we build to well above current Building Regs as standard. ASHP heating, MVHR, high-spec insulation and solar PV are designed in, not added later.
